CID Breaks Into General’s House

A group of CID officers had arrived at the residence of Gen. Sarath Fonseka at Queen’s Road at Kollupitiya last night and carried out a search of the premises without a search warrant.

They had searched the house completely and had asked for the official pistol of Gen. Fonseka from Ms. Anoma Foneka.
